Be gentle with your tresses and your scalp. Spend time massaging the shampoo in your hair from root to tip. Follow up with generous portions of conditioner paying special attention to your crown, edges, and ends. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. 

The conditioner can also be used as a leave-in resource to help restore damaged hair.
